The app doesn't work!
I love the food, but the app doesn't work properly. It won't let me add payment methods.
Won’t let me order
Tried uninstalling app, resetting password, logging out and logging back in. Errors out and won’t let me place order.
Check out process is not great! Had to input 3 times

Only take out I eat!
This is the only place I feel good about spending my money and fueling my body. Healthy food, prepared in a healthy way. Honestly, the only food I would ever order out or visit. It’s so hard to eat out, this solved my problem!

Gift cards values don’t combine
Please update the app so that multiple gift cards can be used on one order. It would also be much appreciated if gift card QR codes can be scanned to be added to the account. Manual number insertion is tedious and the app puts strange spaces in between the numbers to make it more difficult to recheck the numbers inputted. This app is not gift card friendly at the moment.

Useless won’t let me create account
I try to create an account, but app tells me my phone number is already in use and will not let me go any further. No troubleshooting, corrective actions, or way to link old account to new account just your phone number is already in use.
Can’t pay with a gift card on the app
We get gift cards from Aubergine a lot and give them as gifts too. There’s not an option to pay with a gift card when ordering on the app. That should be an option. It’s inconvenient not having that option.

Please update so I can consolidate gift cards. I have four cards that will be useless if I can’t merge them together.

I’m so annoyed that they changed the app so many times and I can never login anymore. I’m so sick of making new accounts every time they decide to change and it’s easier to just do the guest checkout
