Nearly unusable.
WON’T CONNECT TO SERVERS
Followed the instructions perfectly and just refuses to work and nobody at the company can help when I call they always seem to be reading from something and are not knowledgeable whatsoever. Their standards have gone down the drain.
Can’t connect with servers
I put my auction flex 360 server in and the hibid server in and it wouldn’t connect to either one.

Terrible just terrible
This app crashes constantly, you have to crop every photo you take outside of the app’s own photo mode, It never gets any updates, and it ruins the picture quality of your photos, ect. I don’t even know how they stay in business. One of the worst auction management apps there are. Whoever made the layout came straight from the 90s crack pipe fully loaded. Don’t use this

No updates
Our auction company has been using this app for a few years & it has never been updated. Too many issues to even list. Not being able to crop or edit photos, having to log in over & over & over, a graphic bar covers part of the screen making it difficult to even move on to the next screen, etc
