Garbage
Nearly unusable.
WON’T CONNECT TO SERVERS
Followed the instructions perfectly and just refuses to work and nobody at the company can help when I call they always seem to be reading from something and are not knowledgeable whatsoever. Their standards have gone down the drain.
Can’t connect with servers
I put my auction flex 360 server in and the hibid server in and it wouldn’t connect to either one.
I got an error message from both.

Terrible just terrible
This app crashes constantly, you have to crop every photo you take outside of the app’s own photo mode, It never gets any updates, and it ruins the picture quality of your photos, ect. I don’t even know how they stay in business. One of the worst auction management apps there are. Whoever made the layout came straight from the 90s crack pipe fully loaded. Don’t use this

No updates
Our auction company has been using this app for a few years & it has never been updated. Too many issues to even list. Not being able to crop or edit photos, having to log in over & over & over, a graphic bar covers part of the screen making it difficult to even move on to the next screen, etc

Worst App
This app is to the point of unusable. There are so many things wrong with it I can’t even load a lot. Pictures don’t load, header bar moves over work area, categories don’t carry over, the list goes on and on. Worst app I have ever used.
Pathetic.
One of the worst apps I have ever used. Auction flex should be embarrassed of their product.
This app needs fixed
Constantly freezing and loosing the lots in fast entry I feel for it being a mobile app it should have more features to make it easy working off site like cropping photos and option to rotate photo doesn’t look like an updated been done in 2 years this app should be more useful instead it’s crap fix the issues please

Never worked right
Between server timeouts and having to enter my credentials at least 12 times before being able to login, this app is the least user-friendly I’ve experienced lately.
In 2021 this app is so bad. Needs QOL updates
This app is so buggy. On IOS I have to log in probably 10 times before it works. On the in app log in once I enter my credentials it just brings me back to the login screen. Also it's not compatible with copy and paste. It's not a keyboard issue, it's an app issue.
The camera too. If you take a picture in landscape and hit done the interface is half cutoff until you rotate your phone 90 degrees and then again

Works ok
Need to be better optimized for iPhones especially newer ones. On one device the interface breaks periodically and the app needs to be reset. Also the size of the interface does not fill the screen properly so accessing features such as snapshot at the bottom of the page is difficult to impossible.

Action Flex sets the standard again
This app is phenomenal for mobile cataloging. The Fast Lot feature is amazingly efficient for describing and imaging. That you can also clerk from it is a great additional feature. Thanks Auction Flex!
