I try to log on on the app. Always loops me over and over. There customer service is bad. And they want 100 for each employee

Im trying to enroll, but is almost impossible for a someone not related to a dealer, is very confusing ! I hope some want take a notice and explain, to a regular person how to get in to the sistem. Tanks!

They rarely pick up the line
Probably the worst company in the US, their customer service very rarely and occasionally pick up the line, you may wait on call with the stupidest music you could ever imagine for alooooong loooooooooong time then you get bored and frustrated and you hang up. if there is an issue it might take days or weeks to be sorted out, most probably you might end up losing the auctions you’re planning to participate in. I paid the registration fee a week ago and still I’m not being able to do any business. why? they state that your account has issues and you have to contact their customer service support. but would they pick up??? i’ve tried tens on time and waited up to 25 minutes during working hours. Nobody is there. What a disgrace!

Good luck when calling support they tell You that you’re wrong . Website is buggy does not work and same problem with app. Company just takes $105 a year and spends $0 on development lol. Terrible service and software. Unbelievable

I had fraud in my account. Their investigation consisted of a single phone. With no follow up they’re very mean and rude and do not call you back at all. Jacob Stokes needs to be fired he’s is a joke

I don’t know why/who on earth thought is was a great idea to Change from the id cards to this buggy, laggy, and just awfully designed app. I tried logging in when they did the initial switch then the app said I had to call. Waited an hour to get ahold of someone. Then we set up the account. Then turns out they made me a entirely new account and I was not able to enter the auctions that my dealer attended. Called again for this issue and then waited another hour to get someone on the phone. They said I needed to “renew” my membership even though I had done it less then 3 months ago. The app is horrible. Not compatible with all phones. It’s always log in issues. The cards were way better.

I can’t even login on the app. It’s 2022 and it’s telling me it doesn’t recognize me. However, I use the same credentials on my DESKTOP and login with no problems.

I miss the cards
The cards were so quick and easy to use. Now with the app I have to log in every time to get a bidder badge. Much less efficient than the card. Please bring them back.

Great new features on the app
I use the app daily to add and remove reps and maintain my account. I can use it now at the Manheim kiosks to get my bid badge. Love being paperless.
