New update is terrible
New update is terrible to use. Still haven’t been able to find purchased equipment or watched items to see what they sold for.

Can you please make a tab that shows the items that were purchased. Right now auction time only shows past watchlist not purchased items.

New layout
The new layout is not user friendly for searching compared to the old one, unfortunately this is a step back. Can you guys never learn

Keep this new online platform it's so much better and easier to navigate.
Searching in app
Trying to search for cars and trucks is difficult. Can’t search for them with a keyword like “cars” or “trucks” and if you search by make, you still have a tough time finding anything local. Even with a selected state you have to scroll through numerous listings because they’re not sorted by distance.

Lies lies be careful
First time buying on this site. Not very helpful people. And they lie. I bid on two items that said NEW AND UNUSED and pictures showed that boxes. Both items were unassembled in boxes. When I received them I did not receive what they advertised in the photos. VERY MISLEADING. VERY DECEITFUL.

The new format is terrible. It’s hard to use. They should’ve never change the old one. It was great. Do us all a favor and make it the way it was.

I have a 16 pro max and it is not working it just says network error I tried customer support and they didn’t do anything.
