Hello, this is a very unusual situation and technically should not happen. Are you sure you selected the trial option rather than a regular subscription? Please contact us at support@bitnite.studio so we can investigate this further. In the meantime, you can request a refund directly through Apple, as they handle all refund requests. If you're not sure how to do that, just email us and we'll send you the appropriate link and instructions.

Je précise que j’enregistre très souvent, je sais ce que je fais, et j’ai toujours pris soin d’enregistrer mon travail. Pourtant, lors d’une session récente, après avoir enregistré pendant des heures (les prises étaient visibles, le logiciel semblait fonctionner normalement), tout a tout simplement disparu à la réouverture, comme si ces enregistrements n’avaient jamais existé.
Aucune alerte claire, aucune indication compréhensible, aucune sécurité réelle pour l’utilisateur. Résultat : des heures de travail perdues, sans possibilité de récupération.
C’est inacceptable pour un logiciel audio, surtout quand l’enregistrement est censé être sa fonction principale.
L’ergonomie est confuse, la gestion des sauvegardes est opaque, et le risque de perte de données est beaucoup trop élevé.
Honnêtement, c’est une honte de proposer un logiciel aussi peu fiable pour des usages créatifs et professionnels.
Je déconseille fortement Audio One à toute personne qui tient à son travail.

La perte de données et l’instabilité sont totalement inacceptables, en particulier pour un logiciel audio dont l’enregistrement est une fonction essentielle. Bonjour. C'est dommage que vous ayez un tel avis. Presque tout est disponible gratuitement, à l'exception de l'enregistrement long et de la conversion vers différents formats. De plus, vous pouvez utiliser la version d'essai pour vous familiariser avec toutes les fonctionnalités de l'application. Nous espérons que vous apprécierez notre application.

Hello. We wish you success in achieving your goal. We are sorry that our application did not suit you, however, this is more of an audio editor application, yes, it is suitable for recording vocals, but more for further processing. To practice, you can first use the native dictaphone, a pre-installed application on iOS.

Hello, if you mean tracks, then yes. But if you need just to edit a track without deep work on it, then the free version will be enough for you. The application has a trial, which allows you to take advantage of all the features and, if you don’t like something, cancel it.

Hello. You can easily unsubscribe. We are sorry that you experienced negative emotions, but in all iOS applications the logic for canceling a trial is the same: 1. Open the App Store app. 2. Click your name. If you can't find your name, click Sign In. 3 .Click Account Settings. 4 .Scroll to Subscriptions, then click Manage. 5. Next to the subscription, click Edit. 6. Click Cancel Subscription. Also, if you didn't know how to unsubscribe, you can email us, we're always here to help.
