Doesn’t Work As Intended

I purchased this app mainly for evaluation, hoping it could eliminate background noises while keeping all voices intact, including both those of the speaker and the crowd behind me. Unfortunately, it failed to do that, as every time, it would either silence the crowd or not cancel the wind or traffic sounds at all. I would not use this app again, as it is not worth the price.

The app does not improve/ enhance or reduce noise! It only turns volume up - waste of money do not pay

Acessibilidade com o VoiceOver por favor

O app é muito bom, mas falta a total compatibilidade com o VoiceOver para cegos. Da pra usar, mas tem recursos que não temos acesso.

Lowers the overall sound and that’s all.

I can not get this app to do anything other than lower the sound. It”s not removing anything.

Hello! Because AudioFix also sets your volume to maximum before distortion, it may also boost or lower some noise upon first export. Try importing the exported video again for further noise reductio. Please email us through the side menu of the app if we can ever help.

Disappointed

Unfortunately this app was only really able to boost volume which is good but it boosted the noise as well thereby still making it unintelligible. I didn’t realize there was no difference between the AudioFixer and the pro version of the same app. Doesn’t make sense to me. I would like a refund please.

Hello! Because AudioFix also boosts your volume upon first export, some noise may still seem present. Please try importing the exported video for further noise reduction. On vous hameçone avec un descriptif en français, mais le logiciel est en anglais. Si j'ai bien compris on ne peut pas enregistrer son travail directement. il faut ensuite passer par un site à QR code.
Bref toutes les caractérisques d'un manque de respect des données, d'un manque de sérieux, et d'un soupçon malhonneteté.
À réserver au Geek qui savent évaluer les risques.

Distorted audio, refund please

The audio is extremely distorted, even when I do the “export for Instagram” option. I got this app hoping it would help but it ended up making things worse. I’d like a refund please, thank you

Sorry that happened. Please contact us from the side menu of the app so we can help you with a refund. We can’t contact you. It’s very possible that the distortion is on your original video and now with the volume boost and noise reduction it became more clear. You can adjust the volume output in the app so turn it down to hear if the app is actually adding distortion.

Works fine, no issues!

No useless frills, simple to use, does exactly what it says, just what I needed. More devs should realise that people are happy to buy an app that does the job, without stupid overpriced subscription models.
