Broken with update
Forced to do update now app doesn’t work at all, says I need to update but I have. Been like this for over a week.

App says update. So I did and now it’s just continuing to tell me to update. Can’t access anything due to this issue

Now the app won’t open… keeps crashing

Just updated the app and it suddenly pops up with 819 notifications and every time I try and open it it shuts down!

Won’t stay open
Until the recent update, the app was working fine (aside from having to open the notifications multiple times to get rid of them) now it won’t open, or stay open.

Not sure why it changed but this app took a massive step back as Audiri when it changed from Skool Bag
Adobe Acrobat?
Why change your name and logo to more closely resemble Adobe Acrobat? Hope you didn’t pay $$$ to the design firm that “came up with” this. At least change the app icon colour to something other than red so your push notifications are distinct and I don’t feel like Adobe keeps pinging me…
Doesn’t open pdf’s
Very frustrating app. Never had any issues with Skoolbag app and now with this one I constantly have issues opening pdf’s and unable to read notifications.
The name is ridiculous -why?
Why on earth would you change the name of your company from a well recognised name that makes sense for parents (SkoolBag) to this unrecognisable name? Seriously, whoever is running the show there has lost the plot.

How do I make it specific to a year?
How can I make it specific to the year my child is in. There should be a choice where I get the relevant notification and information that applies to my child’s year and the whole school(K-6) . But I have all these notifications and emails for years that don’t apply to my child. I don’t need emails and notifications that apply to every other year other than the one he is in (eg, year 5/6 camp information) my child is in kindergarten and I don’t need that information . I have looked in settings and I don’t know whether I’ve just missed it or if it’s an option at all.

Ridiculous name change
Why on earth would an app designed for schools to communicate to families change their name from SkoolBag (with a very fitting small blue school bag logo) to Audiri which sounds like a hearing aid company.
Notifications
Please can you look into fixing the notifications, I’ve had this app for 3 years and if I don’t check a notification for a week or so it just stops giving me notifications completely and I constantly miss important school messages. It is SO frustrating. It puts more pressure on parents to have to remember to check the app in addition to all the school things. It happens for my husband too and the other parents. It would be easier to just have school emails than to remember to check the app.
