App will not open
For over a week every time I try to open this app, it goes to a spinning wheel on my book. I am not able to report the bug fix or to contact the developer of the apps because the keyboard will not disappear and reveal the SEND button. When I start to type, the send button disappears and I am not able to submit the feedback

Why can’t I change my email yet
I love the service and love the idea of being given context at the end of each chapter, but because I can’t change my email I can’t use it. If they could allow me to change my email this would be 4 or 5 stars
Fascinating intrduction
Just completed my first book with Audrey, namely “Moby Dick”. It was well worth joining the app and the extra information provided extra depth and understanding.

Absolutely loved my first book on this app. Am going to be going back for many more. A super cool concept and executed very well. Great for anyone who loves historical and literary context to their classics!
Non-existent customer service
I purchased a book through the app. When I tried to listen to the book, I was not able to log into my account or access my bookshelf. My only option was to repurchase the book. I have repeatedly emailed requesting help and have never heard back. I was looking forward to the listen and subsequent discussions. A bit disappointing to say the least.
