Canceling Subscription

I tried to cancel my subscription and there is no option. I read through the terms and conditions and it says one option is to email the support and as of right now I’ve been back and forth with them and they are absolutely refusing to help me and pointing me at other things that aren’t even relevant. So beware if you sign up you’ll probably have to cancel your credit or debit card just to get it to stop which is the utmost scammy behavior.

Overall a solid learning tool!

I love the idea of mixed language books where you can adjust the density of your target language.

The only issue I’ve run into is that some of the translations are not correct in context, which would be easily caught by having a native speaker review the books. For this reason, it’s not useful for beginners who may learn the wrong meaning of a word or phrase, but it is a helpful grammar review and a good way to learn new vocabulary for intermediates who can already pick out the errors.

Prismatext, please have native speakers review the books. This would make the experience perfect!

Okay but has flaws

Support email address still not legitimate. Words and sentences missing at the end of the chapter and sometimes covered by the line at bottom showing reading progress.

Used to like it

Ok but not sure about new purchase model.

But early to know

So far this ap seems to be exactly what I was looking for, but I’ve literally used it 1 day so…
