Sign Up and Login are Broken

I tried signing up using my email, my Gmail, and my Apple ID and all failed. Super weird. Then when I tried to sign up again it said the account already existed but when I tried to log in it said there wasn’t an account with my email.

Not functional

I recently attended a zoom meeting & loved the conversation so much that i downloaded this app from the apple store.

When launching the app there are NO words on the screen. I select a box but there is no indication of what information to place in it. I tried rebooting my phone & uninstalling/reinstalling the app but nothing has worked yet.

When i finally get into the app through an email link due to the zoom i attended it will log me in but then all the selection boxes are blank in there as well. Im not able to update my own profile either.
