Very unreliable
The app worked great for months then stopped updating info on children’s school activities. Attempts to remove and re-add a child or change the app password are often inconsistent or unsuccessful.

I had a great experience with Remini as the Director of a preschool in San Francisco. Our parents and teachers found it easier and WAY less expensive to use than BrightWheel. The app is customizable and the owner even came to my school to check in and see how it was working out for us. There’s 24/7 customers assistance. Sometimes it had glitches and mistakes but this was understandable because they were a start up. Every inaccuracy was fixed immediately. I would definitely recommend and use this app again at my next school.

Disappointing and Frustrating Experience
It's truly a shame because the core idea of this app the ability to see pictures and get updates from teachers is genuinely wonderful and incredibly valuable. It’s the one redeeming factor that keeps me using it but honestly the technical performance makes it an absolute chore.
This app is in desperate need of a major update and serious maintenance. It freezes constantly glitches out when I'm trying to view updates and worst of all it frequently loses photos that have been uploaded! It's incredibly frustrating to open the app for a quick check only to be met with constant technical errors and an unstable interface.
I understand that development takes time, but the current state of the app is unacceptable. It turns what should be a pleasant connection to my child's day into a technical headache every single time. Please, developers prioritize stability and performance the current experience is deeply disappointing.

Worst ever
A woefully buggy inefficient and honestly worse-than-nothing way of getting updated on nursery school activities. Repeating text repeatedly over and over for no reason??! Who is maintaining this mess? No one apparently. Please delete and find some developers who care about their product, this one is an abandoned child.

Needs a major UX overhaul
This app is not user friendly. None of the parents in our preschool can figure out how to use it. Messaging people is confusing. It’s not clear in the app what is text, what is a button and what each button does. The menu on the left duplicates some, but not all, the nav. Aside from confusing navigation and functionality, the overall design is very 1995 and needs a holistic update, centred around user flows, with a clear hierarchy of actions. Take a page from Brightwheel’s book.
