Terrible App
Possibly the worst app I’ve ever used. Logs you out every time you go on it even when you ask it to keep you signed in. Difficult to navigate due to bugs and can’t access everything on your phone which seems a bit pointless for an app.
Very annoying to use
It kicks you out every 3-5 days and it’s really annoying. The UI is awful and hard to navigate.

Useless app
This app is pathetic, makes me sign in everytime I open it which kind of defeats the purpose of the app
Small defects
Whilst on the Aula app a pop-up tells me to download said app to see what’s been posted and therefore I can’t access any of my uni work until a few hours later in the day when the pop-up is gone
the new update is not good
when you get used to something like the old ui it’s hard to not get used to it, I’ve only been at uni for one semester and the update seems to have made no improvements, and everything more cumbersome and difficult to navigate
when you say “we’re redesigning for the people who use our app”, you don’t move everything around and make it take twice as long to find the module you’re looking for
there was nothing wrong with the old ui once you got used to it, coming from someone who’s good at adapting to new software, there are no benefits here for both people like me, nor new students.

Assignments are not 100% visible
As a student I’d like to view my work & results on the go when I’m away from my laptop. However, due to an app bug that has not been resolved, I can only click on my work and see the feedback for 2 seconds before it randomly disappears!

Apparently I don’t exist again
In the last 24 hours I have been able to log in twice out of the hundreds I have tried. I am not looking forward to using this for coursework if I can’t even log in.
Very bugged
Logs me out every time I close the app. Really annoying as I then have to go through all the authentication stuff every time I want to see my uni work
Logging in
I’m reaching new records every day with how many times I need to log in, yesterday I logged in 7 times and today it’s been 8 and it’s only 4pm. I feel like throwing my phone every time I open the app
Massive bug issue
I don’t enjoy having to login in every time I want to use the app. Multiple times a day!!!!!

you can’t access the assignment section on your phone as promised
I’m really confused. they added a big update saying you could now access the assessments tab and submit assignments in your phone. but it doesn’t work. it directs you to a webpage in app that tells you to download the app that you are literally using to access that page.

For staff the App is poor
staff cannot make announcements or edit their Aula sites on mobile devices.
Getting signed out every other day.
Getting signed out every other day is not a security feature. It is just annoying.

Login issue
Could anyone help to me login to my Aula account, it’s really urgent but I couldn’t able to access my account
App is okay
It takes some getting used to, there is a little bit of a learning curve to go through, especially the fact that the app does not allow you to submit coursework, which I do using the desktop web browser. However, for catching up and learning, it works just fine.
