Unable to sign back in?
After a recent app or school-related update, I was signed out of my Phoenix Classroom account and am unable to sign back in. The app shows a message saying I do not have permission to access my own account, even though I have used this account before without any issues.
What is especially concerning is that this problem only seems to occur during exam time, when access to assignments and important updates is most critical. This makes the situation very stressful and disruptive for students.
I hope this issue is addressed soon, as it affects usability during crucial academic periods.
