Unable to sign back in?
After a recent app or school-related update, I was signed out of my Phoenix Classroom account and am unable to sign back in. The app shows a message saying I do not have permission to access my own account, even though I have used this account before without any issues.
What is especially concerning is that this problem only seems to occur during exam time, when access to assignments and important updates is most critical. This makes the situation very stressful and disruptive for students.
I hope this issue is addressed soon, as it affects usability during crucial academic periods.

Worst app ever
This app has so many bugs and i think collects user data.this app has taken half the storage on my tablet even though it says 67mb
Phoenix not loading
I had a test the next day when when I go into groups, it is showing no records found, but I still had excellent Wi-Fi on. I don’t know if it was just me or everyone but resolve this.

Something good about it is that the when we open files, each file has a name for it, for example math science and English and when we just go to the click that file it says the title, for example, math holiday homework science holiday, homework, and steam and notebook work but when we on it it takes a little bit slow if we can fix that then to be awesome app

So this app is very useful and provides the necessary features but I prefer the older version . It is way more efficient than the current version which lags more and glitches more frequently. So if you can please switch to the older version of Gems Classroom.

I’m not able to view pdf and file
I wanted to do my holiday homework, but when I open ANY files, I can’t, it just shows the name of the file.
When I opened it on the app, all files load, but please fix this problem for the App version.

it’s not letting me open Phoenix because it says it has an update and when I want to update it it’s not working like it says please update and when I go to App Store, it says that like the pause button and when I keep clicking on it I didn’t do anything when it when it says resume I click on resume and then it doesn’t do anything. Update and overall review
This is one of the WORST updates I have ever done, for instance, I had an exam, alright, the day before the test when I was revising, I had to use this app, it asked for update so I did it. After the update, I was unable to find ANY groups or folders. I was unable to revise and had to do so in the bus with my friend ( the bus ride is 20 mins ) . Although, over all, this app is good ( other than the update ofc ) .

This is horrible and impractical too
This new UI and UX is absolutely horrible. it’s confusing, looks terrible, and isn’t as easy or straightforward as the previous one. it’s also missing more than half the features the previous version had (although most weren’t working anyway such as the conduct feature). it also seems to not have been properly updated as none of my class groups are showing and i can’t really seem to find the chatter either/it’s a bit hidden away. i get that designers and developers want to have a more “minimalist” or “simple” look but it usually ends up making the app lose half of it’s functionality and convenience, and often hides features behind other tabs or such. since we have to use this app for school making it quick and easy to use should be one of the key features. I’d like the old UI and UX to be brought back, and fix a few bugs or remove features that weren’t working in the first place (like the conduct feature) i’m going to give one star for this new update. i’ve asked many of my peers and it seems they felt the same, but just didn’t write a review. it also seems like the new update has a chat feature? sometime chat (?) notifications pop up and when you click on them it takes you to what seems like a message or texting like interface but the chat feature isn’t to be found anywhere on the menu
