Faders jump unexpectedly
I was performing live for a national radio broadcast and one of the faders I was gently adjusting suddenly jumped to maximum, blasting the audio out. Otherwise this app has been excellent.
iOS 27 major compatibility issue
I love the app have used it for years for mapping and recording midi, but apple have introduced some serious connectivity issues with iOS 27.0.1 I have tested on iPad old/ various apps and new m4 works..please investigate urgently it’s an iOS issue NOT you. Thank you
This was an instant essential app for me
Lots of things can be accomplished with AUM, so I’ll focus on what’s helped my workflow most- controlling hardware synths with iOS sequencer plugins like Fugue Machine Rubato, MidiStep, etc. There are other ways to do this but none are as quick, intuitive, and seamless as this delightful little app.

Otherwise - what everyone else has said.

Forced to buy companion app
Useless without AudioShare
Must have
I’ve had this app for probably eight years, but to be honest I’ve been getting more into it more in the last six months. Once I started to figure out a workflow to allow me to jam and then record those 4 and 8 bar jams in AUM and then being able to take those recordings and sequence them in BeatMaker 3 to finish a track. Perfect combo.

Doesn't work
Audio nor midi transmit through USB on any Roland Aira units, nor the TE OP1-Field
MIDI CLOCK IN IS ESSENTIAL
Great app, but overlooking MIDI clock is outrageous for such an app in this day and age. Dear dev, I understand your technical concerns but clock stability at the source is responsibility of the user, not yours. Let us users choose the sync method that best suits us. For those of us with no Ableton stuff, MIDI clock input is an essential feature.

Awesome app
Just needs midi clock in so I can use it with hardware and it would be perfect.

The AUM features are all very useful. It's just that when saving a session, I can't input Chinese.
Sure, why not
Has it's uses.
Dangerously good live mixer and general AUv3 host
Already good at live mixing and creating a windowed experience for your music apps that support it. It can become a full DAW with Koala Sampler and other AUv3 synths. It’s a bigger investment than it initially seems to fully enjoy but I have no regrets and fully recommend the app.
存在问题
It can't be used, but Apple doesn't allow refunds. 无法使用，Apple 却不允许退款
Response from developer
In what way can you not use it? Please email me and I'll try to help. I'm not in control of refunds, did Apple give you any reason why the refund was not accepted?
AWESOMENESS INCARNATE TOO
Really also an Exceptional app which makes all other apps and synths etc you have all the more a grabbag of goodies which you can combine in countless ways to countless musical results in countless daw's and whatever else you can imagine. One of only a very few ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY musician apps on the store...10 stars plus

Clock in???
All this time and still no External Clock in???
Tried all the alternatives, AUM wins
Hard to beat especially if you’ve got Atom
WOW
Kann mich da nur meinen Vorrednern anschließen, abartig gut
Never works
The app never works lame !!!
The best.
But, please never abandon it!
Footswitch control
Why can’t I do something as basic as switching between four channels in AUM with an external MIDI footswitch? Mute and Solo features in each channel only seem to be toggles. Zero option to solo a channel like you would on any guitar multi-fx pedal where one button press gets you to that channel and ignores the others. I am trying to use this in a guitar context with four channels on screen with different FX and whatnot. You don’t want multiple channels playing at the same time. But in AUm either via touch or via footswitch, you can’t do this without multiple taps. Please tell me if ai am missing something and I will update my review. Otherwise, there’s a ton of functionality here in AUM.
