Hi there.

My son recently used my phone to download your app and in the process registered for the one week free usage of ur app without my knowledge, on waking up today I found that I had to pay 60 bucks for an app i did not use. I respectfully ask you if there is anything way you can help without me paying the said amount. Thank you and hope to hear back from you.

Don’t buy it

If you pay once then the app is asking you to pay again because the app don't recognize that you already pay for the service. I will not recommend this service.

Fake application that doesnt work

I ended up getting error 404 after just joining and tried to contact the technical team right after that. Never worked. Not one team member and it took me to a error 404 page again. Total scam.

No no no!!

I received a link to a compatibility assessment on their website. I completed it and signed up for a trial. Then the link disappeared along with my progress. I downloaded the app to see if I could regain access but the app didn’t recognize that I already had a subscription and kept asking me to sign up while blocking access to everything until did. They gave me a discount to sign up but the recurring payment after the trial was much more than the discounted rate. I screenshot everything. Just another scam I’m afraid.

NO WAY TO REACH CUSTOMER SERVICE TO OFFICIALLY CANCEL BEFORE YEARLY RENEWL FROM TRIAL

THIS IS VERY SCHETCHY! People who decide they don’t like the app who signed up for a trial cannot cancel. It sent me a message saying I could cancel and I did then it had some confusing statement that there will be a yearly renewal for $59.00. I canceled again through apple subscriptions and I’m still getting emails that it will renew on March 13 tomorrow which is the end of 3 days. The aura part is stupid and isn’t a true reading for auras. CANCEL MY SUBSCRIBTION TODAY!!!! The customer support page turns into an error page when trying to send a cancellation message!

Scam! Unable to cancel subscription

Right after downloading the trial, I did not receive the email they promised and tried to cancel my subscription. I was unable to cancel my 3-day subscription and have contacted customer service to no avail. There is no way to sign into the account if I paid before downloading the app (from an instagram link). I have no access to my account and I want my subscription to be cancelled immediately! This app appears to be a scam.

lol this is funny

OK so this actually isn’t a bad thing but I love the app and it said I have a high levels of energy which I absolutely love that it is so accurate and it said it was a rare occurrence which apparently means I’m one of the rare ones this app is so cool and I definitely recommend it

I really like this app so far I love the concept however I haven’t seen enough to say five stars the only thing I can see so far that’s somewhat a drawback is the embellishment of certain configurations and inclines to the grandiose. After further review I’ll come back with the proper opinion of my view of the app in totality.

Pretty High Tech App!! ***** (5 stars)

First day of my 3 day free trial. I have to say, the developers put a lot of work into this app!! From determining where your energies are high and low and offering breathing exercises to help improve them. Great insight on the astrological side - with an extremely creative and unique UI. The one time annual fee isn't that high if you divide it by 12. I will consider purchasing a subscription. Great job developers!!

High level of energy

I just woke up from an amazing sleep. I awoke to barking dog’s disturbing ruffs and squealing! That wake up caused me to have clear memories from my dreamscape and it was refreshing to see all auras it was such a colorful and inspiring memory. So I did some digging in the App Store and found this jewel of an app and so far I have gained much insight on myself my partner and my very own energy level as being high energy and so far it’s an amazing app. I can’t wait to dive deeper!!

Immediately after Pay wall, error and couldn’t proceed

Immediately after the pay wall, received a “could not parse” error and couldn’t proceed. So the app collected name birthdate, got access to my camera, authorized payment (after free trial so at least they haven’t taken funds), and then throw an error that I couldn’t get past. Way sus
