Notifications, so a reminder can reach you when it matters. Also in this update: - Your oil estimate learns from you — every refill you confirm tunes it to how you actually diffuse. - Near empty, the app stops counting days and simply says it is time. - The power button says what it does: Turn on / Turn off, with the diffuser's live state underneath. - Adding a scent to your order asks first, and you can undo. - Swap or delay a shipment instead of skipping it. - Kinder to your battery: the app no longer chases an unplugged diffuser — retries ease off, pause in the background, and pick right back up when you return.

Terrible

Brand new customer here. The app is poorly explained and does not function well. Very disappointing!! Cannot remove rituals once they are set up. Was so excited for this but am totally let down. Will likely return the whole diffuser because if the app doesn’t work right the diffuser is useless!!
Now I understand the poor reviews about this company online and why they are not listed with the Better Business Bureau!

The app is functional but not optimal. It feels janky to use and doesnt have an option for iPad ( it looks weird on iPad). Just get a diffuser that works with HomeKit
