it says my phone is rooted or compromised and doesnt let me log in!!! my phone is not jailbroken so i dont understand why the message is appearing. i cant even log in to get my covid test appointment!! this app worked fine before but after the update it's been unusable
Family Members keep disappearing
Long story short: My mom made an account that included me and her. Not long after our results, my name disappeared. I make an account for myself and added my dad. Results haven’t come yet but his name already disappeared. This needs to be fixed on both the app and browser versions immediately.
Glitches
I use the website version and iOS version of this app and found glitches. In the iOS app version under results it lists my covid test results starting from a year ago on the very top and you need to scroll all the way to the bottom to see recent tests. If you click “see history” it shows you the website version correctly in chronological order and if you go back to results in iOS app it reorders your tests to most recent on the top not very bottom. Please fix so most recent is always on top. Glitch: clicking back and fourth between see history snd results the link “View PDF Result Details” get broken and all you see are white screens. Have to force quit at this point. Feature request: some productions do not use Sura and still send emails with PDF files with your test result. Can you make a way to take a screen shot and add it to Aura so ALL test results are listed neat and organized?

Scheduling Issues
I am having the worst time with the app and the website because there is no option to schedule a test. I have 4 tabs and no options for “testing” as the app promised. The website is the same way. The app is frustrating and I am on my last strand of patience. Please fix the issue.
How do you register a new account?
There’s no clue in the app on how to create a new account. I’m not putting in my Gmail account info to an app that shares information with who knows who. I’m fine with an account just for this app.

Needs changes ASAP
I cannot even print out tests results sent on the app as a pdf. The app literally doesn’t have the option to print anything from the app. So I have to screenshot it and when it prints it comes out blurry. Not to mention I have to try 20 times to register a before it worked.

Doesn’t work too well
I’ve had to delete and reinstall this app 5 or 6 times over the past few months due to it not working properly. It also tracks my location wherever I go which I can’t stand. I only use it as we need it for work
