Can't "find care"
This app has always been awful and non-functional for actually redirecting to the page for finding doctors. All other links seem to redirect to a usable page. Also IBX's search function for care on a desktop is just as frustrating. Who wouldn't want the cheapest co-pay? And of course why wouldn't IBX want me to be able to see that information easily? My current insurance-taking doctor isn't even listed as a care provider in my area, so the whole "find care" thing--interface, content--is a mess.

Your account will never load, the app doesn’t function. It will be “retrieving your data” for eternity.
Can’t find things
When I on your site things be happening that I can’t control it’s be spinning like it trying to connect to internet but I don’t think That’s the problem. I can’t never find how to get back were I was.
Easy!
I was able to easily register for the app and pay my first invoice with just a couple clicks. Looks like there’s tons of great info too.
Great company, horrible app & site
IBX is great HC as a provider but their app & website sucks. Endless dual authentication, text messages for dox with links that don’t work or by the time you go through the dual authentication, you just end up on the home page. I guess one day they will figure it out.
