Documents and Orders should be FRONT Page. This is an option that should be easily accessible to all. Often times when you’re logging in here yes it may be to make contact with the Care team but primarily it’s for Paperwork.
PennMed MyChart is great…but
I have used MyChart in a different state for many years now. The app and information is top notch. Since moving to PA, I haven’t had that level of coordination with any of my doctors. I’m thankful that PennMed has adopted this app. We are only in the first month since it rolled out, but it appears that some of my doctors have been unable to view or add notes specific to my account. So some of my doctors are linked to the MyChart app, but some are not. Yet all of my doctors are PennMed. Once that gets ironed out, I am looking forward to how this organizes my visits.

This app is the easy to navigate. Very convenient. My Drs get back to me right away. Don’t have to worry about forgetting my Drs appts. Has everything I would need in this app.
