Disappointed

Every app related to blue cross is consistently defective. You can’t search for providers or anything without the app glitching. The main problem is that their website isn’t any better. Please hire someone to make your websites and apps less glitchy.

Garbage

Unable to do anything! Unable to log in. Empty page spins and spins. Can’t search for a Dr. blank page. This app is even WORSE than their website. Which is also trash.

Not working

I thought the other reviews were exaggerating. I can’t create an account on here. Whenever i go to select a security question, my keyboard pops up covering the questions and am unable to select one.

Works, but could use improvement

My first suggestion would be to add the ability to download cards to apple wallet. This would allow for users to not need to login as often to access information.
