App is Nonfunctional

This app is so horrible. It literally doesn’t work. You won’t be able to access any benefits or information through it because the only thing the app ever displays is a broken homepage. What an atrocious experience. All health insurance companies continue to extort and torture their clients/hostages but can’t even provide a usable product or experience.
