Unable to cancel
If I was able to cancel rating would be better. The vet and care was 4. But I wish to cancel program now and there is no way to cancel. Poor design.
Check the state!
Make sure when you schedule an appt you make sure the provider can prescribe medications in your state. They will tell you they cannot give meds but will continue with consultation. Then tell you to schedule another appt for a licensed provider to give a prescription for your state. Thankfully the provider I saw gave me otc options in the note. Basically a waste of time. Chat gpt could have done the same thing unfortunately.

There’s a reason there are veterinarians in your neighborhood! This place is going to take your money, you will not save money or take a shortcut here ! Do what’s right by your animal and your heart ! Told us same thing Google was and she was just looking up symptoms online!!

This app is great. In a world of vet appointments that are 2 weeks away from when you need them, this app is perfect for most things that aren’t immediate emergencies. Every vet professional i’ve dealt with through Vetster has been amazing.

The doctors are good, but team communication is really bad. Unless you are doing nothing and seating on your phone 24/7.
Your animal will die before you get your medication. If you are a busy person, just go directly to the doctor. Your communication with the team will take all your time, that you can use for work or getting done some other tasks.
I loved the doctor and was so happy for some savings. But if you do not get your meds or if it takes 2-3 weeks to get them all the doctor’s work is pointless.
