Fraudulent service
They get you for the “cheap” virtual call that takes a day or more to schedule and then charge crazy fees for pharmacy. They even charge you fees just to send the prescription to your pharmacy. Choose a different virtual vet. This is a SCAM!!
Not available when I needed them
It is Thursday and I wrote that I think that my dog got bit by a snake. They scheduled me for Monday. This means that I still have to pay for a local vet. Why even have Dutch

Not 24/7, Hidden Fees, Not As Advertised
👎👎👎 Not 24/7. Not open on the weekends, not enough vets on hand to get a weekday daytime appointment unless it is a week out (good luck when your pet needs care or meds). Had to take an appointment at 5:30 am. Who the h$ll wants to get up for an appointment at that time of day because they don’t want to wait a week for an appointment?!? Pets need care for a reason. They need more vets to work with to provide the service advertised.
Then the hidden fees: $5 admin fee just to enter a pet online when it costs them nothing, $25 missed appointment fee, & $5 fee just to place your prescription with them. If you don’t fill a prescription through them, it is an awful wait to transfer it somewhere else since they make the company filling reach out to customer service (good luck) and won’t just give you a script. Just to get a prescription with the Dutch delay, I had to wait a week to get meds and then because of the several day delay, my meds were to be delivered a week later than my appointment while on vacation and it was a refrigerated item. When I placed the online script, the delivery date was acceptable. Due to their delay, the delivery date was days later and I was out of town. Total loss of money on the refrigerated prescription and delayed care for my pet. Now I have to start over on a whole new script for double the cost. Is this the quality of care you want?!?!
This company and the entire process is a joke! JUST GO ELSEWHERE!!!! Very dissatisfied customer. Services are misrepresented and very misleading to consumers. It costs you more in the end and your pet is who suffers with delayed care. 👎👎👎

Too good to be true
I thought it would be great to have telehealth for my dog who deals with allergies and frequent vet trips to manage flare ups. The appointment to get the call with the vet was great. However that’s where it ends. My dog needed medication and you have to order medication through Dutch. It has been 6 days and we are still waiting and no estimate of when we will be getting our medication for our dog. In the meantime his health is declining. They were not transparent in how long medication fulfillment would take and on top of that, they make you pay for an annual membership before you can even make an appointment. If they were able to deliver medication in a timely manner, this would be an amazing service, but I guess it’s too good to be true.
