New Mexico Residents can’t use
NM regulation doesn’t allow online vet appointments that give out anything other than the advice you could call your local vet and get for free. This was a huge waste of money and false advertising and im doing everything I can to get a refund. 0/10 don’t recommend for NM residents!! Were already one of the poorest states, now we get to pay for vet services on here and not receive them too!

Not that great
Customer support is nonexistent. I’ve been pending a pharmacy order for five days and all it says is processing. There’s an email address for customer support which no one responds too. There’s also an 800 number that no one answers if the point is to make that care more simple and prescriptions easier to fill than this app has failed me and my pet.

What a find! On demand vet care for a great price. Easy to use app to set appointments and purchase meds for my pet with great discounts. Vet I met on zoom for the appointment was very friendly and helped me to get what my dog needed for a major allergy outbreak.
Get care but it’s modernized. You need this!
I no longer have to pay for vet visits just to get prescription refills. I make a zoom appointment and after a 5 minute call my prescriptions are there! This is a great program for anyone who has to pay for vet visits more than once a year. If you have multiple pets this is a must! Vet care has finally been modernized and I love it! If you’re on the fence about this program, please try it. Your membership is about the same as the cost of one vet visit. It’s worth it and so easy to access the care you need

Great when it works
I bought the subscription, which wasn’t cheap. Of the five times I have tried to schedule an appointment, only once was an appointment actually available within an entire week! Even contacting support, they said that I would have to keep checking for appointments. The Vet that I got was absolutely amazing, but the service needs work if they’re going to be charging people.

This was, honestly, the best experience I’ve ever had with a veterinarian. She was highly knowledgeable, kind, caring, and helpful. The appointment was super easy to log into and I was able to do it from home. It was so nice to have to load up all of our animals and try to wrangle them into a vet office.

I just recently signed up for Dutch Pet Care for my 4 fur babies, (3 cats and 1 dog). And I’ve already had to use it twice. Once for my Ole English Bulldogee, and one of my older cats. Both experiences have been top notch! Dr. Kinkade was phenomenal. The only one gripe I had was the shipping of medication. I had paid for expedited shipping for my cats tooth infection; however something went wrong and the medication didn’t arrive for 7 days versus the 2 day shipping I had opted for. However, customer service was fantastic! Once they learned of my concern, they instantly refunded my shipping costs and prioritized the issue and I had the medication in less than 48 hours. The second time around for my dog, everything shipped normally and I was very happy with the entirety of the process from start to finish. I’m so thrilled I signed up for Dutch care, especially since my dog has anxiety issues and getting her to the vet is a pain in the boots, and my cat… well like most cats, they want nothing to do with the carrier or going to the vet. Although they still need to go for their yearly routine exams and vaccinations; having Dutch for other non-emergency concerns has been a life saver. The yearly Dutch fee is literally one visit to the vet just to walk through the door, never mind the astronomical costs it tends to be every time. So far Dutch has already paid for itself and then some. I’d also like to mention how easy and quick it is to get a zoom appointment, and the passion of the Veterinarian. Loving the Dutch program.

Love the Convenience & Doctor
I would highly recommend this app! I love the convenience and the doctor we saw. I only gave it 4 stars because the app is kind of hard to navigate. I have 4 animals, and wanted to schedule an appointment for all of them. I had to do the entire process 4 separate times. I wish you could go through the whole process once, then get the option to add another pet.

Mixed feelings
Great concept, easy to schedule and see vet by zoom. If you email for support they’ll answer. Ordering prescriptions is easy BUT they charge you a pharmacy fee ($7) for every single prescription and if you are signed up for autoship each month you still have to pay the pharmacy fee for each script. If you want to get your script somewhere else they’ll charge you for every transfer. They say the fee helps offset the pharmacy expense but there are no fees with using chewy or the other big online pharmacy sites. Great convenience to see vet from home though.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
Besides this app not working properly and waffling between the web and the app, customer service is non existent. I have been trying to transfer a much needed prescription for more than two weeks to no success. They want you to pay their triple retail prices
Convenient
It wasn’t cheap and I’m guessing that’s because it’s supposed to be convenient and fast? I made an account and a vet was able to see me the same day which I very much appreciate. I put in the order for medication on Saturday or Sunday April 18th or 19th but my order was not processed until Wednesday April 22nd. I wouldn’t mind delays but not at the expense of my babies suffering. The shipping method said Friday was the latest then over the phone they mentioned 4-7 business days. With the timeframe that put my order on it was a day longer than the longest shipping method should have been. It will be out until Wednesday April 28th. I accidentally selected the wrong ship method as well. I tried to change shipping dates to an earlier date but once a package is being processed, it doesn’t seem capable of change, even if not shipped.

Love Dutch! App needs help
Dutch is fantastic! By solid advice and medication I had on hand my pups issues were resolved in a day and 1/2. I can message them anytime I like with follow up questions. A wonderful economic decision without sacrificing my poodle’s health. ◡̈
Amazing!
My dog had a Monday appt with a local in person vet for UTI sxs. She got worse over the weekend and the Dutch vets were awesome. Sent abx to a local pharmacy. My dog no longer has UTI sxs and she has regained her appetite she is now eating normal and not now eating normal
Lifesaver for pet parents
I cannot say enough good things about Dutch. Getting vet care for my dog used to be annoying car drives, waiting, time out of my day and now I can do it from couch. The app is fantastic, easy to use, and the whole experience felt personal and professional. 10/10

My dog has allergies and it's so hard to wait for an appointment locally. I found Dutch and now I save time and money and my pup is always free of itch.

This is the best idea ever! I can see a vet from home with my dog, save time, and tons of money. Last time I went in person for an exam and tests it was $200. This pays for itself in just one visit and I love being able to talk to a vet anytime. Highly recommend and the app makes it easier. Thank you Dutch!
