Love Wisp
I love how easy Wisp makes it for me to get a prescription. I was able to speak with a doctor almost immediately and got my meds within a few hours with very little hassle. And the app made it so easy. So happy I didn’t need to go to the doctor on a Friday!
App is terrible
You’re forced to do check-in surveys with every renewal, where it makes you answer the same set of questions repeatedly within the app. What an incredibly frustrating process.
Do not use this company!
Like a previous viewer said they will purposely send the wrong birth control in and then when you ask for them to send the correct one they will but be prepared to get charged again! Scammm! Also, their customer service is very incompetent. I don’t know what they have going on! Stick to a primary care physician.

The communication with this company is awful and they’re holding my money.
This company is very inconsistent I placed my order for a medication and tried to very my identity but it didn’t go through and the app somehow skipped that process. A couple hours later a message was sent to my email to verify my identity. I tried to go back and do it but wisp had already kicked me out by that point. As said this company is extremely inconsistent why allow me to pay for my order if the identity verification didn’t go through? And then completely kick me out of my account. And not even pick up when I try to call. It just goes straight to voicemail. I shouldn’t have to email a company just to get a basic refund. If you’re thinking about ordering from this company just know the set up of it is very inconsistent.

Why is there no option to sign up? I can’t login because I’ve never used Wisp… was looking forward to getting my BC prescribed thru here.
