Pharmacy Pickup

I love PP but I’d like to pick up my prescription from my pharmacy but I can’t find where to select that. The app immediately sends me to getting it delivered by mail. Any idea/ help is appreciated!!

Can’t create account

I’ve been trying to create an account for days and keep getting an internal server error every time I enter my email. I’ve tried different browsers, I’ve tried the desktop version on a laptop (which just leads to a blank page), I’ve tried the app, I’ve reached out for help. I just want to use this app and I can’t even get past the most fundamental stage.

Crashes every time I try to schedule an appointment

My mom can vibe code a better app than this

Birth control

So my OB couldn’t give me an appointment sooner than a month and a half. I needed a prescription for birth control. I downloaded the app, answered questions and within a few hours, I got a phone call from my pharmacy saying my prescription was ready! Super fast and amazing service. 10/10 recommend!

Terrible Customer Service

This has been a pretty decent app for getting birth control, but I recently had an issue where my package was lost and it’s not like this is bathroom supplies from Amazon… this is birth control. I need it to keep my cycle and system on track. I can’t get anyone to help me out with this or get a refund which should be automatic if your MEDICINE doesn’t make it to you on time. I had support tell me to check my post office which I did and no answers from anyone. This is infuriating. The app is terribly laid out, incredibly confusing to navigate and trying to get someone to help you is clearly impossible. Use this service at your own risk.
