User reviews

Love this service!

I’ve been getting my birth control for the last three years through this app and it’s life changing. Thank you!

goated for UTIs

awesome work and fast responses, thank you guys for all you do!

I did run into some issues with:
1. app crashing on intake form
2. apple pay doesn’t work- didn’t go through despite trying multiple times with different valid cards. the same visa worked with manual putting in numbers

Exceptional

I needed birth control quickly. I was absolutely BLOWN FRICKEN AWAY with how quickly and efficiently they got back to me. Thank you for everything.

Pharmacy Pickup

I love PP but I’d like to pick up my prescription from my pharmacy but I can’t find where to select that. The app immediately sends me to getting it delivered by mail. Any idea/ help is appreciated!!

Can’t create account

I’ve been trying to create an account for days and keep getting an internal server error every time I enter my email. I’ve tried different browsers, I’ve tried the desktop version on a laptop (which just leads to a blank page), I’ve tried the app, I’ve reached out for help. I just want to use this app and I can’t even get past the most fundamental stage.
