I went to the hospital in Full pain full breathing issues for PTSD related to being enclosed proximity when 9/11 happened and I could’ve avoided all of that by simply coming to the app that I already paid for at the beginning of the year. I’m a domestic abuse victim. Running and I forgot all of my medicine and it caught up to me when all I had to do. Get on the app that I had already paid for it at the beginning of the year when I decided to make my run. I could’ve avoided going to the ER and all of that but I didn’t remember the power of this and I recommend recommended to everybody. Thank you, thank you thank you I must tell my children so that they can have their own account accounts. Thank you. I appreciate you.

App has gone downhill since acquisition
The app use to be great. Extremely easy to make an appointment, find a provider, submit a request, etc. Now it is confusing, glitchy, and so bloated with useless features you can’t even make an appointment. For example, if there is a particular provider you would like to make an appointment with, good luck. There is no way to simply search when their next available appointment is. Want to go to a particular location? Same issue. Everything is tied to the day you choose, and you can’t work around that. You must pick a day first, and from there you can only filter through the options the app provides you for that day, (and it does not show you all providers availability, fyi). So even if the doctor you wanted to see has availability that day, you might not know bc the app isn’t showing you, and you have no way to find out. The app has become all but useless. Amazon, the saying “if it ain’t broke don’t fix it” exists for a reason. Sometimes the best thing you can do is nothing at all.
