The person who helped was super helpful, reassuring and knowledgeable.
They don’t care
Had a Doctor not provide me with proper care, saw a new doctor 2 days later, got the proper care. They would not help me dispute the charge, they stop responding to me.
On the decline
Service has been declining ever since Amazon bought it. They’ve been changing doctor’s schedules so that they have more virtual appts than in-person appts, making it harder to get seen in person when you actually need to.
Even more bafflingly, as of today they have restricted your ability to message your doctor directly through the app, as well as the ability to contact the support team directly and give feedback to a human.
Every message is now routed through an AI, and there is no way of knowing whether your message will be responded to by your primary care physician or a random member of their medical team. I’ve been seeing the same doctor there for years who knows my history, and the inability to talk to her when I need to makes the service unusable.
