Worst medical service
Just go to an in-person doctor
If you’re looking for continuation of care and want to avoid paying for 3 appointments just to be diagnosed with ADHD you already know you have, go to an in-person doctor instead. Circle Medical: Make it more clear that ADHD intake will cost well above $179 because it will require 3 appointments 😄! Don’t send me an email with that info AFTER I schedule my first appointment. Also, really going to charge $50 when I cancel an appointment within a couple hours of scheduling?! Should be within 12 hours. 24 is way overkill since I scheduled the appointment the same day. Thank you.

Cannot message my provider
I am all of a sudden unable to message my provider and can’t get a prescription refill. No customer service available
Can we hire actual HUMAN BEINGS?!
I just began utilizing this service, and it’s a nightmare. While my provider is amazing, trying to utilize the app to communicate is absolutely impossible. After doing three days of onboarding, my script was sent to the pharmacy. And of course—there are issues. The pharmacy has made it clear the ONLY pathway to resolve the issue is via the prescribing doc—There is no way to contact my provider. I’ve called every number and left messages. I’ve put in ticket requests. No response. There is no option to simply “message your provider”.The only other pathway is to book and pay for another appointment. I’ve been without my medication for almost a week. I was holding out hope that I found reliable care in Circle Med——but all it’s giving is “pill farm”. As it stands, I’ve learned many pharmacies, such as CVS, refuse to fill scripts from this company—making finding a pharmacy In the area that actually carries my medication, even more difficult. If I recall, Done ADHD ran into a similar fate with pharmacy denials, and lack of ways to communicate with providers, and they are now…..out of business. So, good luck Circle Med! You’re gonna need it.

Increased frustration
The doctor is late to every appointment. He forgets to file my prescription. Leaving me without medication for 2-3 days at a time. And there is no way to contact him directly. You have to go through a support person, who is restricted to access doctor until 24hours after appointment.
