they ONLY use persona for ID verification, if you value your online security, steer clear of utilizing persona for online ID verification
Problem with these apps is it feels like they are just desperate to charge late fees hit you up with that $50 fee. It’s like it’s a big money boon. Phone didn’t ring nobody called but bam $50. It waits for all of these little reminders to pop up. Nothing popped up, and the phone didn’t ring.
Was promised an apt for an adhd assessment with a psych. The app provided a regular PCP. They did a partial assessment and then decided at the beginning of the second appointment after I was charged to stop treating me during a medication wean. I was not abusive or problematic as a patient. Would not recommend—they will lie and take your money.

I tried two days in a row. First day doctor showed up late then hung up on me 10 minutes in as I was getting history. Today, doctor just didn’t show up. This site sucks
First appt was cancelled then same day, rebooked with another provider and no showed. I waited 15 mins and then about 10 mins later was charged a no show fee.
I was told that it was 95% covered by my insurance. Then I was sent a 105$ bill for an appointment where nothing was prescribed.
These are not doctors. The “medical directors” should be held personally liable for their mistreatment of patients.
Worst medical service
If you’re looking for continuation of care and want to avoid paying for 3 appointments just to be diagnosed with ADHD you already know you have, go to an in-person doctor instead. Circle Medical: Make it more clear that ADHD intake will cost well above $179 because it will require 3 appointments 😄! Don’t send me an email with that info AFTER I schedule my first appointment. Also, really going to charge $50 when I cancel an appointment within a couple hours of scheduling?! Should be within 12 hours. 24 is way overkill since I scheduled the appointment the same day. Thank you.

I am all of a sudden unable to message my provider and can’t get a prescription refill. No customer service available
I just began utilizing this service, and it’s a nightmare. While my provider is amazing, trying to utilize the app to communicate is absolutely impossible. After doing three days of onboarding, my script was sent to the pharmacy. And of course—there are issues. The pharmacy has made it clear the ONLY pathway to resolve the issue is via the prescribing doc—There is no way to contact my provider. I’ve called every number and left messages. I’ve put in ticket requests. No response. There is no option to simply “message your provider”.The only other pathway is to book and pay for another appointment. I’ve been without my medication for almost a week. I was holding out hope that I found reliable care in Circle Med——but all it’s giving is “pill farm”. As it stands, I’ve learned many pharmacies, such as CVS, refuse to fill scripts from this company—making finding a pharmacy In the area that actually carries my medication, even more difficult. If I recall, Done ADHD ran into a similar fate with pharmacy denials, and lack of ways to communicate with providers, and they are now…..out of business. So, good luck Circle Med! You’re gonna need it.

The doctor is late to every appointment. He forgets to file my prescription. Leaving me without medication for 2-3 days at a time. And there is no way to contact him directly. You have to go through a support person, who is restricted to access doctor until 24hours after appointment.
They don’t let you reply to messages. They try to charge you unwarranted. They change providers on you. The providers are good, the app and the policies are horrendous. Do yourself a favor and go to an office instead.
I have tried back to back days to get an online appointment. This first one went through and then the audio cut out then the doctor left. Rescheduled for the following morning and waiting 20 mins and the doctor never joined. The app doesn’t work on WiFi at all. I tried my second call on the computer and no luck with that.

For ADHD if it is more than a mild case they won’t diagnose you. They aren’t psychiatrists so if you show signs of other issues they will take your money for the initial appointment $179, give you a follow up for $120, and blood work for around $160, fully knowing they won’t be able to help you based on THE FIRST appointment. I had a follow-up appointment after my blood work that I canceled because there was no point, and they charged me the $50 late cancellation fee! Wow. Not only that, they delete the assessment they give you so you have no record of them saying “based on what you said we think you have ADHD”….completely deleted.

I’ve had a really good experience with this app over the years however, in the last year, I have not had success with appointments being completed. Often, I will schedule an appointment and the doctor will cancel after the appointments already supposed to have been completed or on one occasion, the doctor joined the appointment and never spoke to me and left after a few minutes

Getting support on this app is beholden to a chatbot who may or may not connect you to a human within several hours. There is no number to call. It forces you to play phone tag, waiting hours between simple questions and getting any sort of response. The service is great, but the technology behind it runs as efficiently as the american healthcare system.

I love Circle Medical’s providers and their health staff! The app is just… not great. Example: there’s no back button to exit the secure messages. You can’t upload requested photos. Would really love it if they gave it some basic UI testing before rolling out updates.
They will bill you for disconnection, even if you don’t get treated. Also have some very rude and mean doctors on the site!! ‼️‼️‼️‼️ Avoid if you can, horrible horrible service
The Circle user interface is awful. You can’t directly message your provider. You have to go through support—unless the provider initiates a message, but they may make it “no reply.” It’s fairly hidden how to rebook with the same person. You can’t add secondary insurance yourself. In-app chat can take days to respond. If I had a one-off need to see someone , anyone, in an emergency, I guess it could work. For actual ongoing medical care? I don’t see how.
