Absolutely the worst thing I’ve ever purchased
This app has been no help at all please don’t waste your time and money especially if you reside in Nevada. Everytime I have tried to get assistance the person tells me to go see a doctor why should I be paying for that I’m almost 50 and there are some things you have been through before and that’s why I thought this would be a useful purchase but it has been absolutely useless. They have no offices in Nevada so virtual appointments take at least 30 minutes to wait for and when you leave a message there’s always an excuse for not treating your problem. Please spend your money on a more efficient solution.

This app is garbage
This app, literally is no help, it is essentially a middleman that charges a premium for care you can get elsewhere. I dont think its necessary to pay Amazon $99 to connect me to a doctor to pay $180-300 for a first time visit. Save your money, go to the Urgent Care.
Disappointed with AI features
Communication with a professional has been nearly eliminated, or made increasingly difficult to reach out directly to your PCP.
Flaky messaging
Putting aside staffing issues, simple tasks like Rx renewal have issues. Requesting a renewal of your script sometimes goes through and sometimes the health team doesn’t receive it. The AI capability appears to be over thinking things for simple tasks possibly and latency is horrible. Overall, service and the app quality have declined over last two years

Lazy Workers
This place is trash. You better off on keep scrolling and get PlushCare, they actually care. This is under Amazon and they can really care less and it shows. From not being able to message your doctor after a visit without upgrading and paying more for your plan or from the billing department being extremely lazy and not wanting to find your insurance. This is literally the first medical profession that billed me instead of billing my insurance. Straight dog boo boo this place is.

I did this as having trouble getting an appointment and it was great. Very helpful and I can get the medication I need rather urgently for my problem right away.

Lies and deception
They claimed before signing up I was in a service area so I would only need to seek out of network care when traveling and I still might be able to do telemedicine. Once signed up they immediately had NO access in my area and they will never see me via telemedicine, even simply ordering labs which I can do online through Labcorp or quest they refuse to schedule, so I paid for a year to be told go see a doctor which I could do for free.

Total scam
This is a total scam buyer beware. I signed up for the annual subscription for low cost visits. Once I got my bill, it was $300 and basically none of the things you want to get treated for are included. Shame on you Amazon.

This as an incredibly impressive experience! My husband was the one motivating me, I had never done it. My cough has gotten so bad that he implored me. Totally professional and what a time saver.
