The communication with this company is awful and they’re holding my money.

This company is very inconsistent I placed my order for a medication and tried to very my identity but it didn’t go through and the app somehow skipped that process. A couple hours later a message was sent to my email to verify my identity. I tried to go back and do it but wisp had already kicked me out by that point. As said this company is extremely inconsistent why allow me to pay for my order if the identity verification didn’t go through? And then completely kick me out of my account. And not even pick up when I try to call. It just goes straight to voicemail. I shouldn’t have to email a company just to get a basic refund. If you’re thinking about ordering from this company just know the set up of it is very inconsistent.

Why is there no option to sign up? I can’t login because I’ve never used Wisp… was looking forward to getting my BC prescribed thru here.

Terrible customer support

I would not recommend them. Their customer service is terrible and does not adequately handle issues or logistics.

Wisp just keeps getting better

I’ve been a Wisp fan for a while now - when my primary care doctor has a weeks-long wait, being able to get real care quickly and without hassle is a lifesaver. And there’s so much more than I expected, from prescription skincare to OTC supplements that are especially great for women navigating perimenopause. Now with their new app, the experience is even smoother. I can track orders, view my order history, manage my subscriptions, and when my provider reaches out about my care, I can respond right in the app.

Highly recommend to any woman who wants quality healthcare on her own terms.

I have been using Wisp for over a year and I am obsessed! As someone who is always on the go, I don't have time to wait in a doctor's office and Wisp is always there when I need it. Scam, don’t waste your money.

They send me the wrong birth control, the pharmacist sends it back, then Wisp never sends the correct medication. Wisp charged me and I don’t have any birth control!!!!!!! It’s a total scam.
