Can’t find things
When I on your site things be happening that I can’t control it’s be spinning like it trying to connect to internet but I don’t think That’s the problem. I can’t never find how to get back were I was.
Easy!
I was able to easily register for the app and pay my first invoice with just a couple clicks. Looks like there’s tons of great info too.
Great company, horrible app & site
IBX is great HC as a provider but their app & website sucks. Endless dual authentication, text messages for dox with links that don’t work or by the time you go through the dual authentication, you just end up on the home page. I guess one day they will figure it out.
Can’t Add Providers
The app (and the website) states that you can add your care team, but it doesn’t work. Fail.

It is better than the last update but still needs improvement. It’s cleaner and easier to navigate than before but I still find it to be a maze. It leads you in circles trying to look up basic information about your coverage. And the amount of times you are redirected off the app to a web page is insane. To a website with a bunch of glitches. Currently, the cost estimate tool doesn’t work. It only leads you to a provider search page and lists their tiers with “low cost” of “high cost” as their “cost estimate”. Useless. .

Can’t even log in
The newest update and I can’t even log in. Just shows the blue screen with the logo. How am I supposed to open the app?
Garbage
The app never loads and neither does the website. I can never get into my benefits and I think they do it purposely
No payment option
Pointless if I can see my claim but unable to pay it.
No logout?
I cannot find the log off button on this new app version. Some of us manage and pay premiums for multiple family members.

New App Design
Finding care, benefit services, coverage details and claims info is a lot easier now with the last update as is finding additional benefits that I wasn’t aware of before. The new app design makes navigation easy & is far more aesthetically pleasing.
