Won’t seem to download to my watch.

Aura is a watchOS only app. There are some instances where iOS 13 is not installing the app on the watch by default. To manually install it open App Store app on your watch, scroll all the way down to "Account", then "Purchased", then "My Purchases". You should see the app with a cloud icon next to it. Tap the icon and the app should install on your Apple Watch. Huge apology for this cumbersome experience. I hope that you can revisit your rating once you are able to install the app.
