Won’t let me reset my pulse wrist sensor
Won’t reset keep saying device is connected to another device. Old phone i lost
What a waste!!
My wife and I both got the Aura Pulse Wristband, downloaded the app, followed all instructions to connect the wristband, and everything connected without a hitch. Low and behold, we discovered after 1 week of wearing it, the app will not and has not synced any information. Each module says, “No Data Available. Keep wearing your Aura Pulse wristband.”
I read some of the reviews about the app in the Apple Store before downloading, and I noticed this problem has been ignored and I can see there’s no chance of it ever being addressed. What a waste!!

App crashes
App crashes instantly on load. Doesn't matter how great or beautiful the UI might be if you never see it 😂
Fix the issue
The app keeps kicking me out every time I try to view my data. It didn’t do this at first but now it’s doing it every time I open the app. I find the app very useful but it has become useless now that it kicks me out and doesn’t allow me to view my data which is why I got the watch in the first place.

I have the app and just got the watch from my uncle as gift he had it bound to his phone which he reseted but the aura track app says it’s still bound can you tell me how to factory reset this I can’t find any hole to pin and factory reset on this watch
