Recommending company move away from AF

The app will not load and allow me to log in due to a server error. There is no email or phone number for me to contact support to remedy this issue. The website is not user friendly does not provide a good customer experience.

Map option on IPhone causes the app to quit

We purchased the AlertFind system two weeks ago and the app seems to work fairly well in general. However, when I attempt to send an alert and use the “map” option to select recipients, the app was originally taking me back to the “Send Notifications” screen, but has now started causing the application to quit entirely.
