When you get a call it just keeps going off until your battery is dead. There are so many issues with this app, it needs a lot of work.
Terrible- no alerts with iOS
The app wouldn’t be all that bad, however, there are NO SOUNDS, NO VIBRATION, NO LIGHTING up when there is a new page. That didn’t use to be a problem, however, after one iOS upgrade it happened and I see that nobody is fixing this. The issue has been going on for almost a year.
I worked with my IT person for hours trying to resolve it. However, there is no solution. The app is not compatible with the latest iOS and there you go. When I’m on call I wake up every few hours just to check whether I have missed a page (the answer is usually yes). I can’t rely on this and this adds tremendous amount of stress to my call and to my nights! Can you guys fix this?!?!?!?
