It’s clean and easy to use. I like nicknaming my accounts.
Inconsistent
This was a great app 2+ years ago. They have overhauled the system, changed numerous requirements and it is hit or miss now. More times than not it tells me the information entered is not correct. I am 100% sure of my member number and password. I use LastPass and am certain that is not the issue. Be leery as you may or may not have access to your financial institution. As of late traveling or trying to log in I am told to contact the main line and of course it is after hours or the weekend.

Why have an app or a website when every other day it’s telling there’s and issues with the login
AurGroup technology is not keeping up with peers
Overall, AurGroup is a nice service Credit Union but the bank does not have the appropriate technology to keep it up with peers. Unfortunately, I will be switching banks soon.
