Can’t use it
Can’t make a payment app doesn’t work. Just always pops up call the bank to move money. What’s the point in having an app at all?
No option for principle only payment
The app is fairly easy enough to navigate, but it would be extremely beneficial and a time saver to add the option of making a principle payment. It’s a hassle to have to call in order to make a principle only payment.

I’m all for updating apps and evolving them for the better, but this last update is a disaster. It honestly feels like someone’s kid has a class project to design a new app and this is the result. The old app was easy to navigate and had a straightforward interface. This app seems like it was designed by someone who has never paid a bill online.

Make paying account easier
I want to make a payment, don’t tell me there’s no eligible accounts, let me add an account with out giving me an error screen.
