Super Buggy
“This banking app is extremely buggy. I constantly have to delete and reinstall it multiple times a month and reset everything just to get it working again.”
App update
New version of the app is dreadful. Randomly logged out, runs poorly, and there is no smooth transition between menus.
Poor mobile deposit
This new version app doesn’t work with mobile deposit. After following the steps and taking the appropriate front and back check pictures, it displays an error message, “something went wrong”. With the previous version I always did mobile deposits with no issues. I have never gotten this version to work. It would also be nice to know if it listed what went wrong g so I can make corrections and try again. Very, very frustrating! I’ll be making another trip to the bank.

Love Kemba
I love Kemba but I just wish there was more physical banks in my area. The app is a bit glitchy sometimes and doesn’t allow you to do everything you can online but it’s nice to just be able to log in and view everything right away. The snapshot update is probably my favorite.
The new app and website is bad
I’ve had many many accounts with Kemba for decades, my struggles with the new formats have me closing all of my Kemba accounts and looking for a new home. The old format was more user friendly and didn’t hide accounts from people.
