Inaccessibility for over a week
Would love to login via mobile banking but the app has been undergoing maintenance for a week plus. Inexcusable from a banking app
Time wasters
Don’t ever deposit your federal check here ,they will tag it as fraud and waste your time with a lot of paperwork
Annoying
It is suppose to be a convenient way of paying your bill, but it never remembers my payment information and it is annoying to have to fill it out just about everytime I sign in. I have never had an app be so inconvenient.
App Freezing
Recently when I exit out the app and come back into it I have to reset my phone or delete and download the app again cause it gets stuck on the “sign out” screen.
Heaping pile of garbage
This is the worst app I have ever used. Won’t let me sign it at all. Says my username and password is invalid then when I select “make a loan payment” it accepts the same username and password it just rejected
