App is mediocre at best
Contrary to previous review, this app is mediocre.
Zach is an employee of the Credit Union. What else would you expect? Not sure how he would know any of this since he keeps his accounts at River Valley CU

App is too difficult to use
It now takes me at least 7 clicks to get to my checking account balance! Nothing about the app is fast, easy, or user friendly. Setting up notifications be text is impossible. Very disappointed with this new app.
Crashes
App crashes immediately when opening it.
Severe Issues
I don’t know if anyone that can use this app as it stands currently. It prompts the user to input a “one-time PIN” after logging in with username and password. It refers the user to their email- which is supposed to generate said PIN.
I’ve tried many things to get it to do this. Exit app, restart. Log in via browser and then app. Nothing works.
