Won’t save my payment method, says my username is wrong and to call the bank, (I’m copying and pasting the username directly from the email they sent me when I clicked forgot user name!) overall just terrible experience with this lender

Love the app and have been using it for years

This app is a fricking joke. It never saves my automatic payments. So I always have to pay an extra 15 bucks. I have tried to change my password and it will not let me. When I call the company they say everything is scheduled to come out but it never does. A joke a complete joke
