Our classes focus on mobility, stability, posture, and full-body strength in an environment that feels calm, welcoming, and elevated. The studio offers a range of reformer Pilates experiences including Level 1, Level 2 & 3, All Levels, Gentle Pilates, Teen Pilates, private sessions, semi-private sessions, and private group events. Through the Aurum app, members can seamlessly book classes, manage memberships, join waitlists, purchase packages, and stay connected with studio updates, events, and new offerings. Designed to make movement part of your routine, the app gives clients an easy way to stay consistent with their practice while remaining connected to the Aurum community.
