The app provides spam links to certain regulating bodies. For the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation the link is a “.com” spam link vs the “.gov” legitimate website.

Help me
I have 4 modules I’ve completed and the app won’t me mark as complete and prompting me to complete again. It’s very frustrating doing the same tests multiple times and not being able to mark as complete.

I work in maintenance and the majority of the training on here is not related to what I do.
Not working properly.
I am a home Carer for Elderly people living at home. Is part of my job to keep my training updated. Up until few months ago’ my AUSMED has been working properly, in this last month I have had assignment to complete one is overdue because the app doesn’t let me in anymore and I don’t know why.

Expensive
I started using the app about three years ago. It is very well designed and makes it easy to log your CPD. However I feel like the fees have gone up way too much. I know it’s tax deductible but $390 a year is insane. I won’t be renewing my subscription.

Not as useful now
They’ve put previously accessible features behind a paywall, and it’s excessively priced simply to access the guided reflection. I used this because it was convenient, but it’s now more annoying to use than just making a note - particularly when the app is clunky to use.
Also difficult to find how to change the setting from calendar year to financial year (if that’s even an option), in line with my association’s reporting requirements.

This was a fantastic find as a student nurse and I was able to justify the cost as it helped so much with tracking my CPD and guiding my reflections.
After already paying a substantial amount to access the app now the capabilities are being locked behind a “premium” option.
I will not be renewing my subscription and will no longer be suggesting it to other healthcare workers.

Awesome training program
Information and training modules are very well presented. Very useful information is also given on each topic.
THE BEST
Ausmed provides the best learning and education platform. It is simple to use and a lifesaver when it comes to documenting nursing CPD points. I love this system because it makes life so much easier!
