Customer support didn’t even know app existed

This app is a total disaster - avoid! I’m a print subscriber, yet was unable to login with my details. Hilariously, when I called customer service to help, they didn’t even know this app existed and were eager to jump onto the next call! Luckily I have a print subscription, if I’d paid money for a digital only subscription I’d be livid.

How does the subscription renewal work?

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price as the initial subscription.
