Les Kocjan
Application is nice and working pretty well and my concerns is they didn’t explain at what time you can watch matches in local time. Showing video interview with players is very interesting!

Great Job
Great
Much easier to navigate than similar apps for other grand slams.
WTF
How dare AO put up a statement on first opening the app after install that the AO is being played on aboriginal country. No, it’s being played in the coubtry of Australia. If the abs wanted to have a country, they would have created one, but they didn’t. The AO app is NOT the place to play politics and denigrate the AO’s home country of Australia. Deleted.

Great app, even better when you are there
Top app, easy to navigate. Helps keep you up to date with scheduling, players, scores and latest news.
AO radio is great to listen to in the car or at work.
Commentators are quite amusing
Even better when you are on site at the tennis.
Helpful finding anything from food, bars, water stations and toilets.
If only it could reserve us some seats in Garden square😁

Good App
It’s a good app and I’m glad I downloaded it because it makes checking the score slog better and easier and you can see more games.
Text small and not resizeable
What the title says
Can’t even zoom in to see any details

AO open
Good app for results on the fly. Not as easy to find exact matches as earlier versions, but still handy
Popularity has created growing pains.
Found it easier to follow scores on ausopen.com in 2026, app kept coming up with error during matches when it attempted to refresh scores, or just open/load. Reinstalling didn’t help. For anyone relying on the audio or map, this would have been problematic.
Didn’t have this issue in 2023, or 2024. Also miss the feature which let you order food etc from vendors like fishbowl.

Ads everywhere!
I understand sites need to sell ad to be offered for free, but the site has more ads than content
Sign on
App not as good as previously. Making sign on essential to highlight favourite players is just annoying and a data grab by AO - very disappointing
Good app
Good app. Scores updated real time. Lots of player following that I don’t care about but I’m sure it’s important to some. Good scheduling view.
Not user friendly
The App UX needs serious rework to be user friendly and the information layout needs to be made more relevant
Slow
Slow when reopening apple
Super useful
This is by far the most useful site of the majors. It’s the only one I use directly - since ESPN is so much better for results and scores
In the other three and the Tennis Channel app is almost unusable.

Maiden AO Attendee
My first AO and I’m so glad I finally made it across. I’ve attended all the Grand Slams and AO is far better in terms of buying tickets. One is not restricted to just one day; I could choose which day to attend the night before once the schedule has been released or on the actual day without having to camp outside for hours like some people do with Wimbledon. It saw so many great players on the outside courts and attended evening sessions in John Cain without needing a different ticket, amazing. For the main courts I could easily choose when to attend depending on who was playing instead of just going in blindly or seeing Sinner and Alcaraz. I even got to watch the wheelchair qualifiers while waiting for Ben Shelton’s practice session. The WiFi was also very good. Instead of buying tickets for the men’s semi-final, with Shelton out, I can spend my money watching the women’s semi finals.
