Quality of Service and Streamable Replays has dropped off significantly compared to last year
I have tried several times to reach out to customer service to notify them of streaming issues not only on the app but also on TV. The issue has been persistent all year and instead of rectifying the issue, it has gotten worse. Every time I try to connect with customer service, they give the same answer that “they know it’s an issue” but it doesn’t seem like they’re doing anything about it. There were no issues when I was using this app last year and I won’t be continuing my subscription.

Shocking changes
The 2026 update for this app is absolutely appalling. The people who decided to make changes to this clearly have no idea of the user experience and have no idea of the dreadful usability of this new version. And also the iPad maximum screen problem. Anybody in their right mind would’ve gone back to the previous version but instead they still insist on forcing genuine tennis users to use this rubbish.

Privacy
Beware, I was going to download until I saw that the app will steal all your privacy rights. Too much sensitive info to give out for ann app that wants to collect all from you.
