Just had intro to padel and really enjoyed it. Great venue and think I’m going to get the BUG 😄
Good but confusing
FOR DEVS: If you only want to play one sport why do you have to constantly see other sports options in the app and have to constantly change to the one I want? When I book my weekly tennis sessions the default sport is always padel, even though I have no interest whatsoever in that. Every week I have to change it. Please make a general option available on the settings to select the sports you want to include in the app (tennis, padel, pickleball, etc.) and then completely remove all the non-selected ones from bookings, matches, play, etc. I made so many mistakes booking sessions for padel when I just wanted to book for tennis. Thank you

Really poor customer service
You cannot speak to anyone unless you pay for a premium service. The premium services’ other benefits are not worth the money if you work a normal job like most people. I just wanted to change a the time of my booking to another slot which was also available and was impossible to do. The club cannot change bookings made on the app and no one is available to help with such a simple request. Really bad support service and no phone number available, just a chat bot which goes round in circles and cannot assist with basic requests

Best and worst app
This app is so good at booking into open matches.
However the scoring system is flawed, your reliability has too much of a factor, and you don’t get much of a boost for beating better players than you.
The AI - live chat is HORRIFIC. 2 times I’ve had issues and got no where. I ask for a human and don’t get anywhere.
This feature where you can turn private matches public needs BIG improvements: 1) I didn’t realise I’m paying for everyone and anyone who joins gets a free / cheap game. Why don’t I get money back??
2) if I’m paying for it, why am I playing against people with scores so much lower than me. If I’m paying why don’t I have control of who I play against.
I have raised both of these issues (scoring + turning a private matche to public) with the live chat and got no where. Just more frustration and anger. What makes it all worse is that I am an investor in this company.
