Keep stating connections issue

All my other apps are operating normally but I cant seem to open this app.

Keeps saying there’s a connection issue despite it being updated twice.

Awful

Awful. When someone cancels a session the refunds are never issued and the chatbot crashes when you ask for it. Just gobbles up money for sessions you never have.
