Level
The levels are not very accurate…if a player gets levelled by a coach then that should be their lowest level. A player’s level will drop if they lose but dissuades people who are better. Also a player may have an artificially low score which makes it hard to play in equal level matches.
Good app but would like to view court reservations
The app is user friendly and smooth but it would be nice to see the courts that are booked and who’s using them, rather than just viewing the grid of times.
No refund received
I didn’t get a the amount refunded back to my account although it was canceled by the app

Necessary but buggy
This app has been crucial to my padel journey. Helps me play frequently and meet other players. Its function is important. However they need to clean up the app. Their are lots of bugs (especially with the chat function). The rules around private matches and cancellations need to be fixed. The search function doesnt work well. Etc. i would love to see this app get a makeover because its so important to us players
